Child Safety Rules

Effective October 30, 2025

Blueheart Internet Technology Limited (hereinafter “the Developer”, “we” or “us”) operates the FunMeet-connects with fun application (the “App”) with a foundational commitment to user safety, with particular emphasis on the protection of minors from sexual exploitation and abuse.

We do not allow content or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children. When we become aware of apparent child exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate legal authorities, in compliance with applicable law.

If you see suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), report it immediately in-app or by email to our designated Child Safety Contact, Xi Lin, at the following email address: team@blueheart.ltd.

In cases where you suspects a child is facing an immediate threat of harm, your first action must be to contact local law enforcement authorities.

To ensure the safety and privacy of children, we have established the following Child Safety Standard Rules (the “Rules”). These Rules apply universally to all users of the App. ONCE YOU ACCESS, VIEW OR USE THE APP, WE CONSIDER YOU TO CONSENT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED IN THIS STANDARDS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS STANDARDS, PLEASE STOP USING THE APP IMMEDIATELY.

1.Application and Interpretation
1.1 The App is a service not intended for the use of children. Consequently, the registration of a child as a user is a direct violation of our terms. Adults who share their devices with minors are strongly encouraged to activate parental control settings to restrict access to the App.

1.2 The terms “child” and “minor” as used in this Rules shall be construed to mean any person who has not reached the age of eighteen (18), or the age of legal majority in the user’s country of residence, whichever affords a greater degree of protection.

1.3 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) means any sexualized material of a child that is shared or created by anyone, including self-generated CSAM, or highly realistic-appearing digital or AI-generated content. Sexualized material includes content that implies or shows sexual activities or sexual abuse, sexualization of a youth body, or fetishization of youth body parts.

Grooming is when someone becomes friendly or otherwise builds a trusting relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.

Sextortion is a threat to share nude, intimate, or sexually explicit content without consent, usually to get money, sexual acts, or more nude, intimate, or sexually explicit content.

Sexual harassment is unwanted sexual communication or behavior directed at a person. This includes sexualization through the platform (such as imitating a sexual act through a duet or a sticker), making statements about intimate body parts or sexual performance, or sharing or threatening to share information about a person’s sexual life (such as sexual history or partners, or sexual orientation).

Intimate body parts means genitalia, buttocks, and breasts (including nipple and areola).

2.Absolute Prohibitions Concerning Content
2.1 The App may provide functionalities for the creation and sharing of user-generated content, which includes photographic, video, textual, and other digital media. While we support free expression, we maintain an absolute and unqualified prohibition on any content that constitutes or facilitates CSAE.

2.2 Except for educational and documentary content related to the harms of abuse or exploitation (as long as it does not show or graphically describe the following Prohibited Content), content expressly deemed “Prohibited Content” under this Rules includes, without limitation:
(1) Showing, promoting, or engaging in child sexual or physical abuse or exploitation, including:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any screenshot or any clip from the original material even if it does not show nudity or sexual activity;
Romantic relationships between an adult and young person, including pedophilia, or self-identifying as an adult attracted to child;
Grooming behavior;
Sextortion;
Sexual harassment; or
Sexual solicitation, including inviting a child to engage in a sexual act or share sexually explicit images (even if invited by another child).
(2)Showing or promoting physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, or psychological abuse of child. or
(3)Revictimizing child who have experienced abuse or exploitation, including through third party reshares.

2.3 These proscriptions extend to all ancillary activities involving Prohibited Content, including but not limited to the act of sharing, linking to, requesting, expressing endorsement for (e.g., through ‘likes’ or reposts), or otherwise engaging with such material in any capacity.

3. Developer Measures
We block, detect and remove Offending Content in the App through automated detection, human review, and reports submitted by our users.

Upon receiving actual knowledge of Prohibited Content, the Developer will act swiftly to effect its removal. The Developer further reserves the right to take disciplinary action against violating accounts, which may include the issuance of a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
If you believe we made a mistake, you can submit an appeal.
